Practice
From the public administration to the courts
As a lawyer, he mostly works for people with a problem with the public administration: a decision they want to challenge, disciplinary or sanctions proceedings, a public employment issue. He also takes these cases to the administrative courts.
In criminal law, he defends and represents clients in criminal proceedings, from the first steps of the investigation to trial. He starts with the evidence and the deadlines, and agrees early on with the client what the defence will be.
He has worked in particular with members of the Armed Forces and of the security forces and services, in administrative, disciplinary and criminal proceedings, including military criminal cases.
He also handles employment law, mainly disputes and disciplinary proceedings. In digital regulation and artificial intelligence, he helps companies and organisations understand how the European AI rules apply to them, what they need to do to comply, how supervisory authorities act and which fundamental rights are at stake.
