Law is about people.

At Ribesa, every case has a lawyer responsible for seeing it through. Meet the people who will be with you, from the first contact to the resolution of your case.

Three stages

How your case is assigned

Few people ask, on the first call, who they will be dealing with from then on. This is what happens.

  1. 01

    Who takes your call

The first contact goes through the administrative team. We note what the matter is, whether a deadline is running and whether you prefer to meet at the office or by video call. You get a reply within 24 working hours.

  2. 02

    Who takes on the case

The case goes to the lawyer who handles that area of law. If it touches several areas, one lawyer is responsible for the case as a whole.

  3. 03

    Who follows it through

The lawyer who accepts the case stays with it until the end. In family cases involving children, the lawyer can work with the clinical psychologist, if both parents agree.
