The initial consultation costs €90. We confirm the amount when we book the date. If your case needs more work after the consultation, we set out our fees and agree them with you before we start.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The three founding partners, Dra. Sara Ribeiro Santos, Dr. Ricardo Ribeiro Santos and Dr. Samuel Benjamim, see clients in English. You can write your request in English, and the consultation can take place in English.
Can we meet by video call?
Yes. The consultation can be held at our office in Lisbon or by video call. Video calls work well if you live elsewhere in Portugal or abroad, or cannot travel to Lisbon. Tell us which you prefer in your request.
What should I bring or send?
Whatever you have: contracts, letters, court documents, notices, decisions, messages, receipts. Documents in Portuguese are fine. If you have no documents, you can still book. Part of our work is to find out what is missing.
Does this commit me to anything?
No. Sending a request does not make us your lawyers and does not commit you to any legal action. It helps us understand your situation and the options open to you.
What if my deadline is this week?
Put the deadline in your request and, if you can, also call us on +351 21 241 0666 (call to a Portuguese landline). Court summonses, hearings already scheduled and notices with a deadline are dealt with first.
